HOSTING, AS WE HAVE ALWAYS LOVED BEING HOSTED

We are Alessandra and Massimo, and La Design.aTA Experience was born from a passion that has always accompanied us: travelling by connecting with people, cultures and the stories of places.

We have brought this way of travelling into our idea of hospitality, opening a part of Alessandra’s Roman atelier, as an interior designer, and transforming it into a small B&B where design, art and a warm welcome come together every day.

For us, a warm welcome is an essential part of hospitality: we personally greet every guest upon arrival, serve breakfast in the atelier and are always happy to share suggestions and curiosities about the Rome we know and love.

Our home is located in the Pinciano/Parioli district, inside a 1914 building connected to the history of Rome during the Savoy era. Today, more than a century later, its story meets contemporary design and a small art gallery featuring temporary exhibitions by young artists.

This is the spirit of La Design.aTA Experience: not just a place to stay, but a Roman home from which to begin discovering the city .

A true Roman experience

We felt more like old friends than guests! Massimo & Alessandra were the most lovely hosts. Your own personal concierge in Rome
